What is your return/exchange policy?
For any reason, if you're not satisfied with products, we have the following return/exchange policies:
Perishable items: There's no return policy on perishable items including all food products, cakes, flowers, fruits, sweets, beverages, and all consumable items after delivery. However, we can exchange or replace them if these products are damaged during delivery or should there be any issue with product quality.
Non-perishable items: We have a 7-day return or replacement policy on most non-perishable items. If you'd like to return or exchange any non-perishable items for any reason, you can do so within 7 days after delivery. No questions asked.
Damage covered: Please be assured that if an item gets damaged during shipment or before delivery, we will arrange redelivery with a fresh product.
