Can I cancel my existing order?

For any reason, if you need to cancel your existing order - simply email us with your order number or contact our customer support through WhatsApp or Viber with your order details and cancellation reasons. Our team will follow up with the further process.

There's a 5% cancellation fee. The fee is to cover the processing fees charged by our payment processor. 

The refund amount is credited to your account in 5-7 days.
